Plumbing, electrical & finish in-house
Kitchens and bathrooms are the hardest rooms to remodel well because every trade meets there: plumbing, electrical, tile, cabinetry, and finish work. Solara runs the entire project with one team and one schedule, so you are not refereeing subcontractors while your kitchen sits in pieces.
We remodel around how you actually live — storage where you need it, surfaces that survive real use, and lighting that works at 6 a.m. Serving homeowners across Utah, Colorado, Washington, and Idaho with design help, clear scopes, and written pricing before demolition starts.

A typical full bathroom runs two to four weeks; kitchens usually run four to eight depending on scope, cabinetry lead times, and whether walls move. We give you a schedule up front and tell you immediately if material lead times shift it.
Almost always, yes. We contain the work area, keep water and power disruptions short and scheduled, and leave the site broom-clean at the end of each day. A second bathroom makes a bath remodel painless; kitchens take more patience.
Moving plumbing, adding circuits, or changing walls typically requires permits; a purely cosmetic refresh usually does not. We handle permitting as part of the project when the scope requires it.
Kitchens usually return the most at resale, but a dated or failing bathroom drags a sale down disproportionately. If you are remodeling to sell, we will be straight with you about where the money matters in your market.
